Then a strategist friend introduced me to a single objective framework. OKRs. Goal setting methods used by Google, tech startups, big corporations. I started experimenting, breaking it down, layering in agile methods like scrum and kanban. Making it simple enough for my brain to actually use.
Slowly, I could breathe again.
But something was still missing.
During that season of rebuilding, I got saved. I gave myself completely to God. And when I started connecting Scripture to my business, everything shifted.
Biblical principles about work, stewardship, purpose. Suddenly it all made sense.
I realized God didn't wire me wrong. He wired me on purpose, for a purpose. And His vision for my life didn't require me to operate like everyone else.
Piece by piece, I built a system that honored both how God designed my brain and the calling He placed on my life.
Not overnight. But with peace. With clarity. With actual progress.
The same system I've been using ever since. The same one I've taught others.
